Delete your Adey account

You can delete your Adey account and associated app data directly in the app. If you cannot access the app, you can also request deletion by email.

Delete your account in the app

Open Adey and sign in to your account.
Go to Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion request.

If you cannot access the app

Email privacy@thecambrianlabs.com or support@adey.app and include the email address or phone number associated with your account so we can verify and process the request.

Facebook-connected accounts

If you used Facebook Login with Adey, deleting your Adey account removes your account from our app. You can also revoke future Facebook access at any time by going to Facebook Settings, then Apps and Websites, selecting Adey, and choosing Remove.

What happens after deletion

Your profile will no longer be visible in Adey.
We process account deletion requests within a reasonable period and delete or de-identify account data subject to legal, safety, fraud-prevention, and backup-retention requirements.
Some records may be retained where necessary to enforce bans, investigate abuse, comply with law, or maintain limited backup integrity.
